Main Role: Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Make plan, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning
- Planning for project preparation, deploying phases
2. Deploying: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Defining, Managing and Optimizing resources allocation to the project, including: budget, human, material, machine
- Identifying and managing projects’ risky situations
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Managing, Coaching and Developing project team members
- Monitoring, tracking progress and making report
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
3. Customers/Vendors Relationship management
- Co-ordinating with customers, partners in projects
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge & Experience:
- Have University/ Colleges degree in Telecommunications electronics or related majors
- At least 2 years of experience in PM position. Including experience on Telecom installation project.
2. Skills
- Have good communication skills (client-facing and internal)
- Good at English skills are a plus
- Planning & organizing skills
- Familiar with BTS 2G/3G/4G, Microwave, DC Power System
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel)
