RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning
- Participating with Sales department in the process of negotiating and signing a contract with a partner
- Planning for project preparation, deploying phases
2. Deploying: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Defining, Managing and Optimizing resources allocation to the project, including: budget, humance, material, machine
- Identifying and managing projects’ risky situations, especial financial loss.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Managing, Coaching and Developing project teammembers
- Mornitoring, tracking progress and making report
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
3. Customers/Partners Relationship management
- Co-ordinating with customers, partners in projects
- Managing customers relationship
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge & Experience:
- Have University/ Colleges degree in Telecommunications electronics, IT or related majors
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position (telecom service or IT industry). Priority to experience in projects on installation of mobile base station equipment (BTS, Viba), Optimization & Testing of mobile networks.
- Have basic knowledge of telecommunications system structure.

- Good at English skills (must)
- Have good communication skills (client-facing and internal)
- Team management: setting goals, delegation & coaching, encouraging
- Negotiation skills
- Problem Solving skills
3. Other requirements:
- Willing to work abroad (at least 2 years)
- Ability to with stand high pressure work
