MAIN ROLES
- Be in charge of tender
- Manage contract & liabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tender
- Keep track of bidding information
- Plan and prepare bidding documents
- Consult related department during bidding process
- Contacts with the tenderer, foreign partners, the sales department, technical department ... during process of preparing bidding documents
- Be initiative to raise innovating suggestions during bidding process.
Contract management
- Participate in negotiations and sales contract drafting.
- Supervise whole process of contract implementation: request accounting to open letter of credit, collect/ manage all document related to delivery, acceptance record, and contracts liquidation, payment ...
- Update contracts implementation schedule databases
- Report contract progress and arising problems to manager
Liabilities management
- Check / tracking liabilities of every customer/ supplier in accordance with related documents and report to sales department, purchasing department as well manager.
- Make liabilities report.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate university, major in economics
- Have at least 2 year working experiences
- Be able to develop study skills, writing, presenting, persuading
- Prefer candidates with relevant knowledge and experiences.
