COMIT is looking for a companion to join us in realizing business strategies, plans, and expanding our team in the position of: Sales Executive (Software) - B2B
What is your main role?
- Identify, consult, and develop factory (B2B) clients in need of smart time attendance solutions powered by AI Camera technology.
- Achieve sales targets as planned and develop the target market (factories, manufacturing plants, large-scale enterprises).
- Take care of potential and existing customers to maintain revenue and upsell additional services.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Identify & develop new customers
- Target and explore potential clients: factories, industrial zones (with more than 500 employees).
- Build client lists and establish relationships with HR and IT departments.
- Attend industry fairs and seminars to expand customer base.
2. Conduct surveys & provide consultations
- Gather information about current processes and pain points.
- Consult appropriate solutions, deliver product demos, and prepare quotations.
- Work directly with clients and coordinate with Customer Service/Technical teams for installation site surveys.
3. Close sales & sign contracts
- Negotiate terms, follow up, and finalize contracts.
- Handover client information to Customer Service and Technical teams.
4. Customer care & relationship management
- Maintain contact and measure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to handle feedback.
- Seek opportunities for upselling.
5. Reporting & database updates
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports.
- Regularly update CRM/customer data.
You will be a great fit for this position if you possess:
- A college or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of B2B sales experience; preference for candidates with experience selling software or SaaS platforms for factories in industrial zones.
- Willingness to travel to factories and industrial zones as needed.
- An understanding of HR operations and access control systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Teamwork: able to work collaboratively, share information, and support colleagues.
