Project Manager – Telecommunications Services
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of telecommunication service projects, including:
- Mobile network quality measurement
- Radio network optimization (coverage and parameter tuning)
- End-to-end mobile network planning and design
Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in the presales phase of telecom service projects, providing technical support to the Sales team.
- Develop comprehensive project management plans, including negotiating specific deliverables and objectives with customers.
- Manage project execution according to the approved plan; handle negotiations with clients regarding issues arising during implementation.
- Oversee the acceptance phase; coordinate customer negotiations to complete project acceptance and signing.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage and propose the resource requirements for the project: tools and equipment, staffing, and budget planning.
- Develop and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance for current and future projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in the telecommunications or IT services industry.
- Priority will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in mobile network optimization projects.
- Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) – required.
- Team management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
