Are you a technically adept sales professional with a passion for driving telecommunications solutions? COMIT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer (Telecom) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for our portfolio of telecommunications test and measurement equipment, aligning with company objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Accurately forecast sales and contribute to the development of realistic sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Technical Consultation:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the telecommunications sector.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer technical requirements and business challenges.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the technical advantages and value proposition of our solutions.
  • Provide expert technical consultation and support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Create detailed solution proposals, and respond to RFI/RFP’s.

Relationship Management & Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, technical support, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Manage and keep accurate information in CRM systems.

Project & Contract Management:

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of competitive bids and proposals.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Manage post sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Presales/Sales within the Telecom or IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent) for communication and technical documentation.
