Honestly, I didn’t feel any special and just neutral when I got the offer from COMIT. In the early days at COMIT, I attended 3 day orientation presented by Ms Huyen. During orientation, I am just thinking that how can I cooperate and start with the new environment.
After several months, when I adapted & liked COMIT’s work environment, I faced serious back pain. Doctors suggested taking bed rest. I got depressed and think to surrender my career life due to terrible pain. I tendered my resign to have medical treatment and rest at home. How do you think, what’s the response from Management when they received my resign? I’ve never expected that kind of response to the employee who had been working only a few months. I am still as a COMITer so far. Can you guess how the Management react and support to me?
Managing Director encouraged me to take rest and assign tasks to some relevant COMITers. My colleagues in Myanmar and in Headquarters in Vietnam taked all responsibilities. During that time, there were a lot of urgent work, their workload was much more. They tried to handle without complaining. And they did not forget to take care of my health situation, encouraged me to be assured of treatment for the disease.
The encouragement, caring and supporting of my colleagues makes me strong both mental and physical. Fortunately, I recovered faster than expected. My passion for career and full of energy to try my best.
Not only support from Management, but also warm and kind communication of colleagues is one of our cultures. According to my colleagues and Management, I realized how to kind and care other people and try the best. Now COMIT become my second family and I have many warm hearted family members. I am very lucky to be a COMITer. I am very proud to be a member of the magnificent HR Team. Thanks God, to give me a chance to be a part of great environment and for many unforgettable memories for my life.
