The electronics industry in Vietnam has experienced positive growth since mid-2020. According to statistics from the General Department of Customs, the export turnover of computers, computer components, and electronic products for the entire year of 2021 reached approximately USD 50 billion, a 13.5% increase compared to 2020. Additionally, the electronic industry, as the General Statistics Office reports, accounts for 17.8% of the overall manufacturing industry, focusing on electronic products and computers. It is a key industry that is rapidly developing. Despite being considered a leading industry with achievements in attracting foreign direct investment and playing a significant role in exports, the Vietnamese electronics industry is still in the early stages of the production chain for electronic products and has not fully ensured the quality of electronic components. Domestic enterprises need to participate more in the global value chain. To achieve this, Vietnamese businesses need to establish a supportive industrial ecosystem and focus on implementing quality management to collaborate effectively with large international technology corporations.
In the role of a companion and with the desire to support electronic component manufacturers in the production process and ensure the quality of the final products, COMIT is sending leading technical experts in quality control and AI specialists to participate in the "Tech Series 02" workshop organized by Meslab. The workshop aims to provide advice and help customers solve problems related to the quality management of electronic component products.
The "Tech Series 02" workshop is a technology update event featuring the latest technologies, equipment, and materials. The event will address issues that participating units are currently concerned about, including:
