Administrative Executive

Responsibilities

1. Implement company events: summer vacation, year-end party, monthly events and other internal events upon specific request.

2. Purchasing office equipment, stationery according to company regulations

3. Tracking, allocatiing and storing company asset: pin, uniform, name card, envelops, bag, file clips…

4. Admin

- Booking air ticket, visa, staff travel tour

- Supervising office hygiene

- Supervising, implementing administrative expense procedures within scope of work

5. Receptionist

- Welcoming guests visiting company

- Managing the telephone exchange, ensure the fastest call transferring

- Receiving and transferring letters, postal package, faxes and other documents.

6. Support all HR activities

 

Requirements

- Have at least 01 years working experience in the same position

- Have good English Skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

- Use office program fluently (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
