Recently, COMIT was selected by Reddi operator as the only contractor to test, measure, evaluate network quality according to standards: QCVN 36: 2015/BTTTT; QCVN 81:2019/BTTTT; QCVN 82:2014/BTTTT and benchmarking mobile service quality between Reddi and Vinaphone in 3 big cities Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh.
The project has a very large volume, implemented in 3 important cities and the time is only allowed in 14 days to complete all network quality testing, reporting and analysis. To implement this project, COMIT mobilized with 6 testing and measuring teams. Each measuring team is equipped with 30 specialized test equipment’s and conducts test simulations according to the standards of the Ministry of Information and Communications such as indoor, outdoor, mobile measurement, fixed point measurement.
COMIT successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and was highly appreciated by the Reddi operator for the quality of the project implementation. At the same time, the operator also appreciates that the professional advice from COMIT experts has helped Redi network improve the quality of their services.
The results of the project were officially announced by Masan Group - the owner of Reddi network on the group's communication channel with positive test data. In addition, Masan also evaluated COMIT in the results announcement as follows: “COMIT is a leading company in Vietnam in providing solutions, services, and monitoring telecommunications network systems.
