SITE (SIGOS Integrated Testing Environment) cho kiểm thử thoại được phát triển nhằm kiểm thử, giám sát, khắc phục sự cố và đánh giá chất lượng dữ liệu 24/7 trên tất cả các công nghệ mạng và dịch vụ, đồng thời cung cấp kiểm soát chất lượng dữ liệu theo tiêu chuẩn ngành.
Lợi ích:
Phân tích lớp 3 (Layer3 tracing), khắc phục sự cố và xác định nguyên nhân gốc (root cause analysis).
Nhiều bộ test case và KPI có sẵn để sử dụng ngay, bao gồm SIM MUX cards.
Kiểm thử QoS đầu cuối (End user QoS testing) sử dụng module không dây mạnh mẽ.
Đánh giá QoE đầu cuối (End user QoE) cho thoại native hoặc OTT bằng smartphone.
Các trường hợp sử dụng (Use Cases):
Tốc độ mạng & LTE Advanced Carrier Aggregation: Đo dung lượng dữ liệu, tốc độ, cùng với việc giám sát độ trễ (latency), thông lượng (throughput) và kết hợp sóng mang (carrier aggregation). Kết hợp nhiều sóng mang LTE để tăng băng thông dữ liệu. Ngoài ra, đo tổng dung lượng truyền tải sẵn có cho khách hàng và thông lượng tối đa của mạng.
Duyệt web trên di động (Mobile Browsing): Kiểm thử tự động hóa trình duyệt và trình ghi (browser automation & recorder), u-browsing, web browsing 2.0 và giao dịch web di động (mobile web transaction).
Dịch vụ IP tổng quát (Generic IP Services): Đo hiệu suất của các dịch vụ IP mạng như duyệt web, định tuyến truy vết (tracerouting), kiểm thử tốc độ (speed test), FTP và HTTP. SITE cũng cung cấp các bộ test case cho GPRS IP, cùng chuỗi công cụ giám sát cho các dịch vụ như tải trang web, truy vết độ trễ (latency traceroute) và nhiều hơn nữa.
Giám sát liên kết IP (IP Link Monitoring): Phân tích các chỉ số liên kết IP và trình tạo lưu lượng IP (IP traffic generators) để kiểm thử kết nối IP trong mạng 2G, 3G, LTE hoặc LAN, bao gồm các chỉ số như độ trễ một chiều (OWD) hoặc traceroute có hiển thị các nút mạng (node exposure).
Trình tạo lưu lượng IP (IP Traffic Generator): Kiểm thử và đo lường cách mạng của bạn xử lý các loại lưu lượng IP khác nhau, đồng thời đánh giá hiệu suất mạng khi người dùng duyệt web, gửi email, truyền tệp hoặc tham gia các hoạt động peer-to-peer.
