Phát hiện rò rỉ doanh thu: Xác định mọi khe hở doanh thu (revenue leakages) trong biểu phí hiện tại, chương trình khuyến mãi, gói cước kết hợp (bundles), cũng như trong các lựa chọn dịch vụ tương lai.
Giảm thiểu rủi ro kinh doanh: Giám sát dữ liệu CDR (Call Detail Records), biểu phí (tariffs) và hệ thống tính cước (billing) cho mọi loại dịch vụ — trong nước và chuyển vùng (roaming) — nhằm giảm đáng kể rủi ro doanh thu và sai sót hệ thống.
