Your Responsibilities:
1. Solution Deployment Support
- Receive handover of customer accounts from the Sales team.
- Create detailed deployment plans: installation schedule, system checks, and user training.
- Coordinate with technical teams to install and test equipment, ensuring everything is ready on time.
2. Customer Training & Onboarding
- Prepare training documents and system operation checklists.
- Conduct in-person or online training sessions for the customer’s attendance management personnel.
- Ensure users understand and can efficiently operate the system.
3. Ongoing Support & Engagement
- Check in on customer satisfaction at 3, 7, and 30 days post-deployment.
- Record issues and complaints, coordinate with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer support needs.
4. Upselling & Relationship Management
- Identify opportunities to expand system usage (new features or upgrades).
- Collaborate with Sales to close extension/renewal deals.
- Encourage referrals from satisfied clients.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Update all customer support data in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on operations and any arising issues.
- Propose initiatives to improve service quality and customer experience processes.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- A college or university degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, B2B Customer Service, or tech product deployment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to factories and industrial zones.
- Bonus if you have knowledge of HRM systems, access control, or camera/security devices.
