Recently, VIAVI's representative, Mr. Johnson Tay - APJ Wireless Business Development Lead had a visit to Vietnam and worked with COMIT. During the working trip, both companies discussed about the cooperation in new 5G projects. Besides, after deploying several complex projects for clients, Mr. Johnson Tay was very satisfied with the results of the project and expressed his impression of COMIT's project implementation ability. Complicated projects to mention in recent times are Simulation of 5G Subscriber, and Simulation of 5G Core Network for R&D customers. Currently, 5G is a new technology with many features that are still being standardized and updated by the 3GPP organization. Therefore, the deployment of projects is very complicated and difficult. One of those difficulties is having to research and understand the standards and features of 5G to advise, influence and convince customers in choosing measuring equipment solutions. Moreover, the projects have to ensure that the solution also aligns with the customer's product development roadmap. As well as helping customers evaluate the best features and performance of the device. In addition, the complexity of the project is also reflected in the equipment deployment time in the period 2020-2022, affected by the Covid pandemic. Therefore, the company's experts cannot come directly to train, inspect, and support customers.
In order to bring benefits to customers and successfully implementing the complex projects, COMIT has demonstrated superior technical support capability versus another company in the market. Commenting on this ability, Mr. Johnson Tay said that:
