[Communications] - VNPT – NET aims towards improving Customer Experience Management (CEM) with the consultancy of COMIT and VIAVI Solutions’ experts

As telecom becomes, nowadays, popular and grows faster and faster, mobile operators will not compete in expanding coverage or providing value added applications and services, they will focus in improving service quality and customer experience management in stead in order to increase competitive advantages. Hence, Customer Experience Management (CEM) is an evitable technology trend and has been developing strongly recently. 

Following the trend, from 24 to 26 February 2016, Posts &Telecommunications Institute  of Technology (PTIT) co-hosted with COMIT Telecom Service Company (CTS – a member of COMIT Corporation) to organize a 3-day workshop in Hanoi of Customer Experience Management (CEM) for VNPT-Net’s managers, experts, engineers in Developing Division, Network Development Division, VNPT – Net 2 & 3.

The course’s objectives were to introduce CEM concepts, applications, key components, the market status and industry trend. COMIT invited experts from VIAVI Solutions Inc. – the world leading telecom provider to be teachers.

As part of the training, the trainers also shared the best practice to build better understanding of CEM and its practical values. This 3-day workshop served to articulate the market needs to better customer experience and a scientific means to analysis and measure the experience. This was an interactive session where market available solutions would be used and demo to explain the concepts.

After the 3-day workshop, all experts from VNPT-Net were awarded completion certificates and they all had comments of good quality content and organizing process. They also, at the same time, wished to join other workshops by COMIT.
